20yrs of industry experience give me a fair few strings to my bow, combine that with a Peter Pan attitude towards personal fitness mean variety in my background is strong.
Blanket prescription of fitness can only go so far before you need to work on individual mechanics,this is what I enjoy most.
Small simple changes can make big differences. Variety Intensity Consistency and Enjoyment - all needed for sustainable progression.
Currently navigating well rounded fitness whilst being an older Peter Pan. Walks with my dog Zeb and being with friends are non-negotiable
